Amenities

The Covered Garden Pavilion is a beautiful ceremony site with a gorgeous chandelier and Bistro Lighting. Our outdoor option, The Oak Garden is a natural area full of large Oak Trees, bistro and twinkle lights.

The Cocktail Pavilion is a covered area with a Stall Bar and five high-top tables with stools. It has a beautiful grass outdoor area for outdoor games and a lake chipping green for the avid golfer.

The Main Reception Barn can host up to 250+ guests. An incredible barn with six chandeliers, lanterns, and bistro lights. There are two Stall Bars, each with chest freezers for ice, bistro lighting, and stable decor. There are additional stalls to be used; for example a Photo booth, food stations, vendor displays. Seating for 75 is provided with cross-backed farm chairs and a mix of our 9 foot Barn Tables and Round Tables.

In the main barn, there is an air-conditioned Bride’s suite for all the bridesmaids with an ensuite bathroom and make-up area. The air-conditioned Groom’s room for the grooms men boosts a TV and games. The Groom’s room also has a refrigerator.

  • All vendors must be licensed and insured. All must provide certificates with LJR.
  • Licensed and insured Bartender is mandatory.
  • Caterers Staging Area available (additional fee)
  • Licensed and insured Caterer is mandatory. LJR has a preferred caterer list. Outside caterers must be approved and will have additional fee required.
  • Event Liability Insurance required with LJR on policy - paid by client
  • Event Planner mandatory – paid by client

Payment and Cancellation Terms

Unless other payment arrangements have been made, a non-refundable deposit in the amount of 50% of the total is required to secure your venue date. The next payment of 25% non-refundable is due 90 days prior to your event. The final non-refundable payment will be required 30 days prior to your event. There is also a security deposit due with final payment. It is recommended to purchase cancellation insurance to protect yourself. The ability to execute this Agreement by either party is subject to the Acts of God, including but not limited to hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, fires, etc, as well as any government intervention, staff disputes and strikes, civil disorders, terrorism, or other emergencies. Should the event be cancelled due to a Force Majeure event, all fees will be transferred to the next available calendar date.
